Dr. Daniel Wealthyland
Founder & CEO
Dr. Daniel Wealthyland is the Founder and C.E.O of Wealthyland Group Ltd and a highly respected investment and infrastructure executive in West Africa. With decades of experience in infrastructure development, petroleum and energy, civil engineering, and strategic investment, he has led major projects across Africa and internationally. His expertise includes petroleum and marine structural engineering, port expansion, pipeline fabrication, project management, project auditing, due diligence, and petroleum trade consultancy. Having worked with international organisations in the United States, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and West Africa, he has built a strong global network of investors, development finance institutions, private equity firms, and multinational corporations. Under his leadership, Wealthyland Group has expanded its presence across road infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, water, construction, and investment, driving sustainable development and long-term value across Africa.

Daniel Kofi Wealthyland
Co-Founder
Daniel Wealthyland Jr. brings a multidisciplinary background to Wealthyland Group, spanning business strategy, technology, creative industries, and enterprise development. As Co-Founder of Xenara Group Ltd — a Mayfair-based luxury private office and UHNW concierge platform — he brings Commercial acumen and an international outlook to the Group’s Growth strategy. A graduate of Kingston University London.(BA Business and Management, 2:1) and currently completing an MBA with an AI focus at Walbrook Institute London, Daniel holds a Google Cloud Digital Leader certification and a Databricks Generative AI Fundamentals certificate. His expertise spans strategic planning, AI-driven business development, brand positioning, and capital introduction — with a particular focus on cross-border opportunities between Africa, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. He plays a key role in Wealthyland Group's brand development, investor communications, and strategic partnerships across all of the Group's sectors.
Douglas Mensah

Douglas Mensah is a financial services executive and entrepreneur, Union Management Services Limited (UMS) is a Ghanaian consulting and professional services firm based in Accra. Established in 2009, the organization operates out of Lagos Avenue in East Legon, specializing in public sector governance, advisory services, and management consultancy. He provides strategic leadership across the Group, guiding business growth, operational excellence, and service expansion across key African remittance corridors, including Ghana. With extensive experience in international money transfers and financial services, Douglas has played a key role in building a trusted brand in the global remittance industry. Douglas Mensah holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Amsterdam (1983–1986), providing a strong academic foundation for his career in business and financial services. Alongside his corporate leadership, he is actively involved in corporate social responsibility initiatives, supporting healthcare, community development, and social impact programs in Ghana, including contributions to public health and pandemic relief efforts.
Mr Greg Scorziello

Greg Scorziello is a seasoned business leader and strategic advisor with extensive experience in the technology and data management sectors. They held roles such as Managing Director at Cobblestone Ventures Ltd and Vice President EMEA at Immuta, where they drove international growth and enhanced service propositions. Currently, Greg serves as an Advisory Board Member for Sales Community and a Director at DC Byte, while also co-founding Regans Fight Champions Limited. Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is also into Real Estate Bussiness in the United States Of America and the United Kingdom.
